The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou officially opened in Zhujiang New Town on March 11, 2008. It is a hotel project jointly developed by the Ritz-Carlton Group, the world's most prestigious luxury hotel management company, and Guangzhou R&F Properties.

The private delicacy sunflower chicken is a must-order dish every time I come here. It is beautifully shaped and the golden chicken skin is mouth-watering. The chicken is fresh and fragrant. Li Xuan Chinese Restaurant on the third floor of Ritz-Carlton is one of only three hotels in Guangzhou that serves sunflower chicken. You have to rely on luck if you want to eat it. The barbecued pork and the typhoon shelter shrimp balls are both very good~ In this restaurant that specializes in new Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine, I wanted to eat the old Cantonese home-style stir-fried beef with bitter melon. Although it is not on the menu, the chef did not disappoint me.
