Lanshifutata Noodles Review

Lanzhou is famous for its ramen, which attracts the attention of the general public due to its unique style and characteristics. However, it is not only filling, but also tastes very good. It has become a necessity for people on the road and a condiment for people.

The taste is average, maybe because I'm not used to it. I ordered 300g of three-fresh noodles, which is a bit too much. I feel that there are too many dried bamboo shoots and it's a bit stuffy. I don't know if it's the same for other dishes, but the noodles are chewy.

The location is on Xiaobei Street in Ya'an, opposite the hospital. It is said that Jiang Zemin had eaten here, so it is quite famous, and many people come here because of its reputation. In fact, there are many delicious noodles in Ya'an, but I personally think the taste of this one is quite average, maybe because I don't like Dada noodles, and I prefer water noodles. The taste is actually similar to other restaurants, but the price is more expensive than other restaurants because it is more famous. If you haven't tried it, just try it once.

The three-fresh Dada noodles are relatively light, so those who are used to heavy flavors may not be comfortable. The soup is thick and the noodles are chewy, so it is worth a try for those who like noodles. The environment is clean and the location is very close to the landmark bridge in Ya'an.

It is really the most delicious noodles. The General Secretary came to eat here before, but the boss seems to be gone, and the taste is not as good as before. However, there are still a lot of people every day. I go back to eat here every year when I go home. It is very good.
