Le Cafe Du Palais Review

Ignored when we walked in, noticed a man laid down across a bench seat with his boots off fast asleep in the restaurant area, walked out. Kitchen untidy and unclean.

It's a place that is at least open on Mondays and there aren't many in Versailles. We had a good home-cooked meal without waiting and with excellent service.

The place is unpretentious. But the restaurateurs are friendly, attentive, cheerful and will be a pleasure to see again one day. Keep it up, don't change a thing.

Simple and pleasant cuisine. Moderate prices and extremely polite service. If I lived or worked nearby, this would be my go-to restaurant.

A pleasant restaurant, both for its excellent cuisine and for its friendly, smiling waiters. We'll be back.
