Excellent meal from the Grand Menu, with the wine pairings suggested by the restaurant. Although they were very busy, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Loved sitting outside with a view of the Palais de Papas at a comfortable table with a white tablecloth. Great selection of wines. Interesting cuisine which is well presented. Particularly enjoyed my starter and dessert. I found my sea bass slightly undercooked for my taste but the rest was excellent. Highly recommend making a reservation.

Our dinner at Le Carré on the 4th of June was amazing. This restaurant has a very talented chef. Everything that we ordered was perfectly and imaginatively prepared. The suggestions for wine paring were spot on. This restaurant is one of the best that we've been to in France.
