Mandarin Oriental Bangkok's Le Normandie is our favorite Michelin two-star restaurant and one of the best French restaurants in Asia. The idea of the eight-course dinner chef gave us countless surprises. French food, Michelin two-star, 10086 times stronger than last night's ginza sushi ichi, delicious! It's so pleasant to watch the river view!

The Best 2 MICHELIN stars in Bangkok. Absolutely amazing food and services. One of the best view of Chao Phraya river. Highly recommended.

The recommendation of the Michelin-star Mandarin Oriental is foie gras, truffles, caviar, lobster & and cattle. The river view of Zhaoboye is comparable to the highest level of cuisine in Paris and Tokyo, and Bangkok is the premier orthodox French restaurant. The quality of service is impeccable, the spacious and gorgeous space, and the comfortable chair that is no problem for five hours is also commendable. With a take-out snack bag and hand-painted thank you card.

A good value for money meal, the service of Normandy French meal is really the ultimate. From the pre-order and meal service to the feedback after the meal, every step is what it feels like to really feel at home. The river view is pleasing to the eye. Although the whole restaurant is not particularly large, the comfort is not discounted. The reception staff of the hotel is also very, very kind

Located in the 140-year-old Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the French restaurant Le Normandie has no traces of time. It has a 70-year history and is decorated in a European style. It has been selected as the best restaurant in Asia many times. The taste is pretty good. The main dishes are of normal French cuisine, including afternoon tea and coffee. The average cost per person is 500 RMB. ps: There have been some problems with the reservation system on the Mandarin Oriental website. You can try email reservation.

This French restaurant, which is run by a two-star Michelin chef, is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Bangkok. I made a reservation for the set menu for lunch one month in advance through the email address provided on the official website, but unfortunately I still couldn't get a seat by the window where I could enjoy the view of the Chao Phraya River. However, the dining experience was quite good, with exquisite products, beautiful environment, and good service. For authentic French food, the most memorable thing was the lobster cappuccino ordered in addition to the set menu, which was actually a lobster soup. It looks plain and unpretentious, but it is actually very delicious. The lobster meat is unexpectedly chewy, and the quantity is also more than I imagined... After the meal, a dessert cart was served, and you can choose any two dessert combinations, and the pastry chef will draw on the spot. I am not interested in desserts, so I ordered two casually, and the result looked terrible. My friend chose two in white and brown, which looked much more high-end. Finally, 4 macarons were served, which I had for breakfast the next day~

My taste buds just had a love affair. I wanted to eat this meal quietly, and reluctantly didn't take photos of the appetizers. But I couldn't help it in the end. It's amazing! [Color] Plating is no longer a thing in the age of Instagram and WeChat. It's hard to make the simplest things so delicious and surprise people. The bread in the second picture (almost destroyed by me) is really amazing. It looks the same, but the elasticity, oh, it's amazing. The skin is very crispy and fragrant, and when it touches the meat itself, there are all kinds of wonderful tastes. How to describe that elasticity, hmm, it's like it responds in different naughty ways every time you chew it. It is said that the secret is the nine-year fermentation agent. On the right is seaweed butter, which goes perfectly with this bread. I asked if they sell the French brand Bordier. Picture 3 The lamb that makes people think of it. It's so tender that it can't be lamb, except that it has the fragrance of lamb but not the smell of lamb. Picture 4 This soufflé is another must-have. The first bite is like ascending to heaven, with a circle of birds spinning above your head. Is it because of the crispy top layer, or the soft body? Or is it because the egg, milk, sugar and orange wine grand mariner play such a light and elegant quartet together? Picture 6: Experience it yourself.
