LEVEL 3 at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Review

Really nice view and food, the waiter was really nice too! I recommand the only thing was the screen on the wall that I thought were not the best and didn't really match with the vibes, otherwise it was really nice !

Enjoyed the night. Roy took very care of us, he is so friendly and sweet. went extra miles to recommend food, got us drinks and even a box as we couldn't finish the food. excellent service

My partner and I had a wonderful experience dining at the Mercure and can't wait to visit again. I booked via The Fork app with my £50 yums voucher which was applied to our bill with no issues. Our server Roy delivered the most professional and humble customer service and really made the visit exceptional. The view over Manchester with the Christmas markets all lit up was amazing and the noise level was quiet and peaceful which was a lovely change to loud resturants where you can't hear each other talk. The food was delicious and I'm looking forward to revisiting to taste the rest of the menu. Big thanks to Roy for making us feel very welcome and well looked after.

This is the second time I have been and the food and service has been great both times. The view over Piccadilly Gardens, adds to what already is, a very nice experience.
