LI'S PIMPLE SOUP Review

I saw that Li's pimple soup has a good rating online, so I took my parents to try it yesterday when I came back to visit my relatives. It was such a surprise, my mother said she found a treasure restaurant! Whether it is ingredients or dishes, taste, service, or price, there is nothing to choose from! My parents have lived in Yantai all their lives, and this is one of their favorite restaurants. It is actually not far from my parents' home, but I have always passed by it but never tried it over the years. I thought his family's specialty is pimple soup, but I found that pimple soup is just a supporting role, but the taste of seafood pimple soup is amazing! They focus on local wild seafood, and the ingredients are the freshest locally. Braised fresh eel is the taste of my mother's childhood, eggplant mixed with seafood is a perfect match for cold and hot dishes, and the shrimp paste is so delicious that the flower buns that match it actually have the taste of cake. The amount of food is also very large, and I can't finish it at all, although it is so delicious! The service attitude of the boss lady and the waiter is also impeccable. An 87-year-old lady at the next table came to drink the dumpling soup by herself. The boss lady said that the portion was too big and changed it to a small bowl, which was only 12 yuan. The waiter was very considerate to her and even helped her to go to the bathroom. We were very moved when we saw it. My mother said that she will be a regular customer here in the future. Li's Gedatang Seafood BBQ Food Stall. I personally feel that the environment of this restaurant is much better than what I imagined for a food stall. I ordered their specialty grilled fish and a variety of grilled skewers.
