The former owner of the old courtyard, Yang Pinxiang and his brother, Yang Minxiang, had served as manager of Xizhou Business Help "Hongxingyuan". At the same time, the local government leaders spent a lot of time and money to study and repair the entire courtyard. Through their continuous efforts, the dream of many years was finally presented to the world in April 2008 as a "Xilinyuan". And really started their “cultural journey.”
