[Location] Xizhou Town is in the direction of the sea tongue, not far from the town, and a yellow fence yard is seen from the rice field, which is very conspicuous. [Environment] The antique, exquisite atmosphere of the door, at first glance, is an old house in the old era, the door has the description of the Linden couple buying and restoring this building. [Service] Every afternoon at 13-17, you can visit the yard on the first floor of the hotel for free. The clerk's English is very fluent, and there are many foreigners in the store. [Housing facilities] The house is indeed a historic house, but I personally think that in Dali and Bohai, it is not particularly excellent, and the room is not particularly luxurious and comfortable. The price is located in Dali first. I personally think that the price is not high. It is completely famous. There are more inns in Dali. Let's choose it yourself. History: This courtyard can be said to be the crystallization of the wisdom of Bai architects and Mr. Yang Pinxiang, is the boutique of Bai architecture, from design to construction are soaked in the original owner's heart, he personally designed, personally directed the construction site, excellence, fully developed his intelligence. It has been completed in 1948 for more than 60 years and is still very strong. The original Dali Municipal Government designated it as a municipal cultural relics protection unit, and in 1987 the provincial government designated it as a provincial cultural relics protection unit, and in June 2001 it was listed as a single household for national cultural relics protection by the State Council. The former owner of the old courtyard, Yang Pinxiang and his brother, Yang Minxiang, had served as manager of Xizhou Business Help "Hongxingyuan". In the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, India first opened a trade channel through Tibet to Yunnan, and ensured the supply of materials in the rear during the War of Resistance Against Japan, and contributed to the development of Yunnan's economy during the War of Resistance Against Japan. Xilinyuan is called Linden Centre, founded by the Linden couple from the United States. The Lindens had been traveling in Asia for more than two decades, first in China as international students in the early 1980s, then as foreign-owned executives and consultants in China, and later opened their own art galleries in the United States. They had always dreamed of opening a path to explore, learn and share Chinese history and culture, so after opening many years of art galleries in the United States, they returned to China again and began their long and difficult journey of Chinese cultural research and learning. They spent four years traveling through the north and south of China's Dajiang River, visited many places with rich historical and cultural heritage, and finally decided to settle in an ancient town in Dali, Yunnan, Xizhou because of their love of folk customs and historical culture in Yunnan minority areas. After visiting the ancient town of Xizhou in 2004, the Lindens wanted to use the Yang family compound as their cultural club. After two years of continuous negotiations with the local government and the cultural department, they were persuaded to have the ability to protect and properly repair the compound, and finally their efforts and sincerity were finally exchanged for trust and support from the local government. At the same time, the local government leaders spent a lot of time and money to study and repair the entire courtyard. Through their continuous efforts, the dream of many years was finally presented to the world in April 2008 as a "Xilinyuan". And really started their “cultural journey.”
