This time I came to Pingtan and was completely healed by Beilanling! There is a private restaurant with a beautiful appearance hidden between the mountains and the sea. The environment is really amazing. Outside the window are rows of sea windmills. Any shot you take is wallpaper-level. The restaurant specializes in creative private dishes, and every dish can be tasted with care. The recommended must-order dish is "Forever", which is a local snack eaten during festivals. It has a full meaning and a sense of ritual; the braised devil fish with sauce is tender and tasty, and the Panlongxiang river eel is presented like a work of art, which goes especially well with rice; and there is also the secret golden crispy duck, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You can't stop eating it at all! The seasonal vegetables are also very refreshing, and the combination is just right to relieve greasiness~ After the meal, we had a creative dessert pudding, which looked very beautiful.
