Extraordinary experience: fish-based taste menu with wine pairing. Each plate and combination was prepared and served in a perfect manner, but, more specifically, it was the presentation with detailed explanation of the pieces and drinks. Enrico is a very important note of the excellent enological "storyteller" charisma and the praiseful ability to build an agreement with the taste of his guests. To use a Veneto term, great "soramanego" (approximately translated with know-how).

For us to go to the Bajo is a certainty!!! We were surprised , as well as for the environment , friendliness , elegance, also for the quality and research of the territory's raw materials, the study and the ability of the brigade, which, I say, has a proposal of snacks to be stepped up!!!
