Every time I go to Haining on a business trip, I always look for food at Yintai City. This time, I chose Mama Cuisine for lunch, which I had never tried before. As soon as I entered the palace, it was full of guests. It turned out that I made the right choice. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but unfortunately there were only two of us, so I had to reluctantly give up some of the delicacies and save them for next time. The big and plump signature secret fried shrimps were topped with green lettuce and slightly sweet soup, which made people's appetites grow; the blanched squids were served with a secret dipping sauce, which was really fresh and refreshing; the pickled mustard greens and green beans were salty, fresh and slightly spicy, but the pickled mustard greens were hard after being stir-fried in oil; the preserved egg mixed with tofu seemed simple, but it was actually very complicated. In addition to the traditional green onion shrimp skin and spicy oil, there were also a lot of beef cubes, which added a lot of color to such a common food. The dishes I ordered today were a bit greasy. I had a sweet and sour pork with pineapple. My teeth hurt after taking a bite. I also ordered a pork with glutinous rice. I couldn't even finish a big zongzi. The only thing I liked was the cheese baked tofu. I must order this every time.
