Maido Review

My hotel was just across from the restaurant. I was lucky and got a table in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't order the Nikkei set menu, only the dishes on the menu. All dishes were exquisite, the appetizer was the salmon tower (free) and green beans, the main course was the cod mixed with nuts and served with bean puree. It was the best cod I have ever had, the Peruvian beef stir fry was a generous portion, and the dessert was chocolate cocoa mousse with cherry snow meringue, which was very delicious.
