Malt Dining Review

Malt Dining is located at 28 Market St | Cnr Market and Charlotte St's., Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia. We had beautiful food and the service was friendly but not intrusive. A great highlight for us was the bar downstairs where we were able to while away the evening with a few of Josh's amazing cocktails. He was very knowledgeable and happy to explain the delicious drinks that we didn't know about. Our favorite thing about Malt was their service. The entire dinner was great whether we were upstairs enjoying the food or downstairs enjoying the drinks. The service was excellent.

We didn't order whiskey in the store, but my friend and I struggled for a long time just looking at the cocktail menu... In addition to cocktails, there are also some simple liqueurs and pure gin, but their cocktail menu is really attractive! Caspian has a strong oriental flavor... In fact, it is a wine dominated by flower fragrance and based on vodka. Although the alcohol content is high, it is well matched, so you don't feel it at all when you drink it... You can only feel the power of vodka when your face turns slightly red. The light floral fragrance is particularly refreshing. The three square ice bricks make the water and wine blend better, and it doesn't feel very bland until the end. My friend ordered a wine that is a combination of gin and gin and tonic with a stronger fruit flavor. I tried a little bit, and it tasted better than mine. The girlish grapefruit tasted slightly bitter and sweet in my mouth, and I liked it very much. Its alcohol content is not low either. When you drink it and feel dizzy, you have to slow down, and then say a lot of things.

Malt Dining, great fusion food, delicious butter burgers, and white pepper clam pasta, basically many people order it, the taste is really good! !

Outstanding First visit in over a year. Menu very interesting, quite concise but great variety. Ingredients fresh, well prepared and presented. Good treatment of herbs and spices throughout. Had the Cauliflower and the Figs, both excellent. For mains had the duck and the waygu, both fantastic. We swap dishes as a regular thing. BYO Tuesday for $10 corkage great value if you have a special wine, which we did. Service very friendly not intrusive. Will be back!

Came here for a week of work and for our last meal here, a colleague and I stumbled upon The Malt. Not only was the setting and decor cozy and rustic, but the service was super friendly and great timing. The food was fantastic, I had the rye pasta and fish special to start. The flavors were very unique and delicious and made it very memorable. I highly recommend The Malt if you are in Brisbane. The meal was amazing and will not disappoint!

A nice Italian restaurant, the meaty pasta there is delicious, and the vegetables are well cooked, but the portion is too small, with only a few leaves, but it is really delicious in Europe.
