Malt Dining Review

Malt Dining is located in 28 Market St | Cnr Market and Charlotte St's., Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia, we ordered beautiful food and the service was very warm but it didn't bother us. The highlight for us was the bar downstairs where we could have a few good Josh cocktails and spend the evening. He was knowledgeable and happy to explain the delicious drinks we didn’t know. Our favorite about malt was their service. The whole dinner process was great, whether we enjoyed the food upstairs or the drinks downstairs. The service was great.

There is no whiskey in the store, but I just watched the cocktail order and my friends have been entangled for a long time. In addition to the cocktails, there are some simple liqueurs and alcohol gin, but their cocktail list is really attractive! Caspian has a strong oriental flavor. In fact, it is dominated by the fragrance of flowers, and the base of vodka is mainly used. Although the alcohol level is high, because it is well matched, the entrance does not feel ... Drinking the face slightly red before feeling the power of vodka. The faint floral fragrance, especially refreshing, three square ice bricks make the water and wine better blended, and the drink did not feel very faint at the end. My friend ordered a wine with a stronger fruit flavor and a combination of golden tonic, and I tried it a little better than my one. The girly Xiyu slightly astringent, bitter and sweet taste is intertwined in my mouth, I like it very much. Its wine is not low, drink until the fainting time to slow down oh, then say a lot of many many words.

Malt Dining, great fusion dishes, delicious butter burgers, and white pepper pasta are basically a little bit, the taste is really good! !

OutstandingFirst visit in over a year. Menu very interesting, quite concise but great variety. Ingredients fresh, well prepared and presented. Good treatment of herbs and spices throughout. Had the Cauliflower and the Figs, both excellent. For mains had the duck and the waygu, both fantastic. We swap dishes as a regular thing. BYO Tuesday for $10 corkage great value if you have a special wine, which we did. Service very friendly not intrusive. Will be back!

Came here for a week to work and had the last meal here and I and a colleague stumbled upon malt. Not only was the setting and decor comfortable and rustic, but the service was super friendly and great timing. The food was fantastic and I started eating rye pasta and fish specials. The taste is very unique and delicious and very memorable. I highly recommend malt if you are in Brisbane. This meal was fantastic and won’t disappoint!

A good Italian restaurant, the Italian meat noodles inside are delicious, the vegetables inside are very good, the weight is too small, the leaves are a few pieces, but it is really delicious in Europe.
