The seafood is delicious, and the green mouth shellfish is cooked with liquor.

3rd visit - a very special lunch in this Michelin star restaurant. Every dish is simply perfect. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the food they are serving.

Excellent food all the way with generally great serving staff. Many of the dishes were innovative, the crab and asaparagus ice cream dish was a surprise but so good. I also really liked the rabbit stew. The snacks at the start were fantastic and all great but especially the beetroot meringue. Even the bread with homemade sobrasada and local oil was great. The wine matches really worked but we felt it was a great touch to have the restaurants own collaboration wine and the Mallorcan ice wine with dessert was amazing.

This is our 7th visit to Marc Fosh, the food is excellent, service impeccable. Wine pairing complements the food just an all round memorable experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you are visiting Palma.

Another fantastic lunch at Michelin starred MARC FOSH Restaurant. This place has been consistently excellent over the years. Always great produce, some interesting courses, expertly cooked and complimented by professional, friendly service. And the lunch menu, at €58.50 (£49) for 5 courses, plus bread, snacks and petit fours makes this probably the best value of any lunch I’ll have this year. An easy recommendation for some lovely food in Palma.
