The brown sugar steamed cake in this shop is the best I've ever eaten in Xitang. I highly recommend it. It's fermented just right, soft but not loose, with dense and even pores. You must order it if you go. The chestnut chicken feet and pig's trotters are very tasty when stewed in one pot. If you like to eat something a little crispy, it is recommended to tell me in advance when ordering. The regular ones are still quite chewy.
