MET Rooftop Lounge - Hotel Metropole Review

In the LOUNGE BAR on the 5th floor of the Meterobore Hotel in Geneva, it is definitely worth a visit~ You can see the panoramic view of Lake Geneva, and you can also see the big fountain. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a sunset in the afternoon. When the weather is not cold, it is especially suitable to sit on the terrace. Very beautiful~ Panoramic terrace bar, worth a visit~ Compared with the environment, the taste of food is slightly average, but the beautiful scenery is worth it~

Staff were very very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with good tunes. Food was average for the cost but on the whole we had a lovely time. Thank you.

Lovely rooftop bar. Brilliant views across the city. Even in the winter it was warm enough. Would recommend visiting for sunset, the bar was quieter than it was later on but there were great views of the sunset across the lake. It was stunning. The staff were attentive and helpful. Everywhere was clean and nicely decorated. The menu was diverse with good options as we were eating with a vegetarian too. There was also a mix of wines, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks too.

In spite of the confirmed booking, there was no table reserved and we had to wait. The service was slow and disorganized. We had to remind the waiters of our orders.

I had a very special day and was looking forward to my lunch reservation only to arrive at the venue and be told that the weather was not conducive. The hotel should not use the Fork service if they cant keep up with their reservations from it and notify customers in advance where the reservation will not work. Nbloveo point in taking reservations off a fancy system if you cant manage it. Super disappointed and was expecting more.
