Möhringer Hexle Review

First time in the restaurant and my experience was excellent. The food was superb, the service, the the wine, overall everything was wonderful 👍🏻Swabian food had never tasted so good for me and for my other three guests as well. Great food. The dishes are carefully curated to add seasonal flavors to traditional schwabian dishes. between the four of us we had the half roasted duck, pork tenderloin medallions in cream sauce, roastbraten and pumpkin ravioli and everyone cleaned their plate. One of my favorite places to take visiting family to get a taste of the areas. Ambience is rustic and well decorated and services is always polite aand quick. I've been coming here for 12 years and always walk away Happy.

Hexle's is the perfect place to eat during a cold fall evening. The Angus rind special with rosemary scalloped potatoes was perfectly prepared! It also paired very well with their Rioja selection! Petra is always welcoming--like coming home.

As I walked through the door I wasn't so sure about the place, but as the very friendly host lead us outside it felt like I found an oasis in the middle of Morhring. The patio is lovely with a great ambience, the host was so in tuned to our needs that he even noticed when I needed a cover for my drink to keep a bee from get into it. I think the bee even knew how good the drink was so it wanted to get some. :-) I cannot recommend this place enough, it will surely be our go to spot, I am going to plan an office event there because I want to show my co-workers how good it is.

Quickly becoming one of our favorite's! The pork medallions were only outdone by the risotto! Wine list continues to expand making this a superb location for business, special occasions or a typical Tuesday night.
