Last night, BOS hosted Michael Mina, a Michelin star in San Francisco. We ordered 2010 Ponsot Chambolle-Musigny Les Charmes, which has a floral and fruity aroma and a soft texture. It is very Chambolle, but the structure is slightly poor. 2011 Gros Frere & Soeur Grands Echezeaux, which was decanted and opened in an hour. The restaurant gave us 2013 Francois Carillon Saint-Aubin 1er Cru white wine.
