Ngon Restaurant Review

Ngon restaurant is a good place to eat compared to other street vendors in Phnom Penh. It has a nice environment and rich dishes. There are many open small kitchens in the restaurant, so all the dishes are ready in the blink of an eye. There is always a pre-meal ritual before every meal. When we went to the third floor, it was already 8 o'clock and we still had to wait for a table. The taste was average. I don't know why it was so hot, but the sugarcane shrimp tasted great! I think authentic Vietnamese cuisine is better than Thai cuisine...especially noodles and spring rolls...I miss the freshness of fish sauce
