Nusa Penida Adventure Review

Nusa Penida is a very beautiful place, we saw manta rays swimming in the sea from the cliffs of the broken beach, it was very natural, unspoiled and pristine. It was too beautiful to be true. Although half of the roads on the island are in disrepair, so the 30 minute drive from one place to another is challenging and very bumpy, not unlike driving a 4 wheel car on rocky terrain. But the bumps are worth it.

A circular pit formed automatically on the Benida, the seawater in the pit is connected to the customs outside. Standing opposite the connection port, the seawater outlet looks like a Chinese stone bridge...

it's quite crowded at nusa penida on the day we went. we got a private chaffeur to bring us around as it's impossible to drive on those broken roads. the natural landscape is nice, but it takes too long to travel from one place to another that we can't stay on a single attraction site much. we were lucky to spot manta ray from the cliff the day ended off with a heavy rainfall that the road got flooded

got up very early to catch boat at ferry, a long way to walk to boarding, it’s a small boat row of 4-4 seatings, with a door at front, strong wind blowing in with sea water, don’t take front row seating, quite a bumpy journey. took 45 mins to be there. on return, it’s a speedy boat, 3-3 seatings, no door in front of the boat, could be hot at first waiting for all passengers loading, super bumpy, don’t take too much food before boarding.
