OSTERIA DA FRANCESCO Review

This place was introduced to me by a local friend 5 years ago and I always go there when in town and I’m never disappointed.

We are from the United States. Our first two meals at Da Francesco in 2010 and 2012 were wonderful and we returned in 2024 hoping it had maintained its high quality. It was even better than we remembered. The pasta was exquisite, but the caprese and saltimbocca were also excellent. Service and ambience were also excellent. Another memorable experience at Da Francesco!

Emiliano no as the head server and he was fantastic and very understanding of our euphoria celebrating our daughter and son in law recent wedding and Mother’s Day!

My wife and I had the best pizza ( thin crust with mozzarella, mushroom and sausage) as well as the best pasta dish ( ravioli with truffle) that we have had in our 6 days in Rome. The service was excellent as well. This is a great place to eat, they treat you well and the pricing is very reasonable for such high quality food. Would go back tomorrow, but we are headed to Florence.

The food was excellent, and the majority of the staff were awesome. Our waiter seemed a bit dismissive to us and spent most of his time at another table. However, it didn't take away from our experience, just an observation.
