The server who looked after our section, bottom of the steps Was there loveliest gentleman. Made some excellent suggestions and was friendly. Please pass our compliments to him. Service was quick and prompt. Food was excellent.Thank you.

The food was amazing, good prices and portions! I was looking at reviews before I made reservations and it worried me that the portions would be too small, however this ended up not being an issue at all. Very beautiful spot with an interesting history, highly recommend.

After a long ‘Falwty Towers’ day on Milanese buses and trains we needed to chill out and this restaurant was ideal. Ambience lovely. Cosy. Nice welcome, no waiting. The food was delicious - duck and beef, hot and very tasty. The bread and olive oil was excellent. Wine was v good at €23 a bottle. Service was prompt and friendly. Couldn’t fault this restaurant and it was easy to book online in advance. We would recommend it highly.
