A must-visit cheesecake at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse - SNAFFLE'S Location: The first shop you enter when you enter Kanemori Western Museum; this is a small shop where you can eat standing up; a small bar counter. Cheesecake: There are 7 flavors in total, all 200 yen, one cheesecake + a small cup of black coffee; Original flavor: thick cheese + milk, very soft, melts in your mouth Strawberry flavor: You can taste the fragrance of fresh strawberries~superb With a cup of black coffee, it's just right to relieve the greasiness!! There is a souvenir counter of this store next to it. You can get a 50 yen discount if you eat cakes here; if you like them, you can also take them home~so convenient~

I bought their cheesecakes at Sapporo Train Station before, and they were so delicious. I saw their specialty store again when I came to Kanemori Yobutsukan in Hakodate, and the variety was more complete than that at Sapporo Train Station. I bought a box of chocolate bars and wanted to try them. If they tasted good, I would go back to New Chitose Airport to buy more. But after eating them, I felt that they were just so-so. It was really only the cheesecakes that were the treasure of the store.

There aren't many things at Pastry Snaffle's (Kanemori Yobutsukan store). It's most famous for its cakes. Personally, I like the cheesecake the best. It's not as greasy as the ones in China and it gives me a refreshing feeling. We also think the coffee is pretty good.

This is a dessert shop. They don't have a lot of things. Their most famous item is their cakes. I personally prefer the chocolate flavor. They are quite big and the price is not cheap, but you can tell that the ingredients used are very good.

A good place for afternoon tea. I am not particularly interested in desserts, but I think their coffee is pretty good. I have been here for afternoon tea twice, and there are quite a lot of people. The price is also moderate.
