Fine dining on the Hobart waterfront we had a delicious dinner here last night. The food was exquisite. Every ingredient on the plate has its own uses including salty shrubs. Every taste is memorable. We have a few dishes to share: lamb buttocks, roasted leeks with corn porridge (vegetarian), roast potatoes and roast broccoli. Finally ended with a delicious coffee. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely recommend to any gourmet who visit or stay here. Great value for money. No regrets.
