You can try the new dish that was recently launched. It's the first time to experience a healthy seafood meal with steaming on the top and boiling on the bottom. per se is located in the Time Warner Center. Although there are only fifteen tables, it seems that it is still easy to make a reservation. I recommend their guyere cheese gougeres and salmon cornet, which taste great.
