This is the fourth Michelin restaurant I have bought this year, and the fifth Michelin restaurant I have bought in Shanghai. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Puli Hotel in Jing'an Temple, the core area of ​​Shanghai. Phenix eatery & bar is a newly-promoted Michelin one-star creative French restaurant. It is not easy to get the recognition of tires with its solid French cuisine and high-quality ingredients not long after opening! The overall style of his restaurant has a bit of Bar jumping feeling, but it is elegant and noble, which coincides with the concept of Puli. Puli's design sense and cultural atmosphere are super strong. Next time, I have to go to the famous Park Hyatt, the highest level of Hyatt, to make a comparison. This place faces Jing'an Park directly, and the environment is first-class. It can be said to be a piece of pure land in the hustle and bustle. I chose the weekday lunch value set meal, three courses for 218 RMB, plus service charge and tax, it is only more than 250, which is simply the conscience of the Michelin French restaurant industry. The dishes were served very quickly, probably because it was almost time for a break. The homemade butter bread served before the meal was really as delicious as recommended by netizens! The first meal of the New Year was reserved for the Phénis restaurant in the Puli Hotel. Because of the holidays, there were basically no seats during the meal time, so I booked it directly until 9pm. Fortunately, there were reservations for the whole day. Breakfast at 10pm, lunch at 14pm, and dinner at 9pm were just right. The hotel was also very humane and delayed the check-out time to 8pm. It couldn't be better, haha, it's worth a thumbs up. The first impression of Phénis is still the environment. The atmosphere is very good. The whole tone is still very high-end. I heard that the chef has changed, so the impressive duck neck dish is no longer there. Some new dishes have been released. Of course, as a Michelin restaurant, the quality is still online. It is worth a special visit.
