Ramen Ajisai Review

The store handled the queue and ordering process very well, and I was taken care of throughout the process, so I didn't feel I had to wait for a long time. I ordered the signature ramen, which was surprisingly good. The soup was light, but rich in flavor, the noodles were smooth and chewy, and the barbecued pork and chicken were delicious and tender, which completely overturned my prejudice against ramen. The tsukemen was a bit too strong, so if I had to choose between the two, I would recommend the signature ramen. You must come to eat noodles when you come to Nagoya!

Standard Japanese soy sauce ramen, quite salty, the half-cooked tamagoyaki inside was very good, the noodles looked hard but were very soft in the mouth, the piece of meat was quite big but it was frozen so the taste was average.
