Restaurant Ichi Review

There are very few decent Japanese restaurants in Dalat. I stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant because I was tired of the delicious Dalat chicken hotpot. When I first arrived at the door, I thought it was closed because the whole restaurant was dark, but it was only this bright when I entered. A mysterious Japanese restaurant. I thought there were no Japanese in this city (I didn't expect the boss was Japanese), and I thought that the sashimi would not be fresh if the city was not close to the sea, but I didn't expect the boss to be a chef. And the music played in the restaurant was crazy jazz music, which was a big contrast.

It was the first time for me to hear jazz music in a Japanese restaurant. The owner was Japanese and the food was quite authentic. There were many kinds of sushi. We ordered avocado sushi and spicy tuna sushi, both of which were very delicious. The price was definitely expensive compared to local Vietnamese food, but it was acceptable compared to Japanese food in China.

The store is small and the lighting is dim, it looks more like a small bar than a Japanese restaurant. But the waiter is quite patient, and the sushi is also varied, including avocado sushi... Vietnamese people really like avocado or passion fruit.

There are too few Japanese food restaurants in Dalat, and the geographical location does not allow for Japanese food here, but this one is already great, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

If you are tired of Southeast Asian food, you can still come here to try. I feel that there are not many Japanese restaurants in Dalat, and this one is quite popular. The tempura is fried well, but it is a little expensive.
