Restaurant Wintergarten im Maritim Hotel Dresden Review

We have been to Sunday lunch several times and it certainly won't be the last. In the restaurant with a view of the Elbe and the Japanese Palace, you feel welcome and not cramped. The varied buffet is a feast for the eyes of excellent quality and there is something for every taste. Friendly staff completes the experience. We would be happy to come back.

The door opens for lunch at 12 o'clock sharp, you are greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice, a really extensive and inviting buffet, a delicious hot plate and wonderful desserts including ice cream. The service is extremely friendly and constantly refilling and clearing away. The best lunch/brunch in Dresden

The buffet advertised as a fixed price was not available, instead an à la carte meal was offered. When we asked about the fixed price, no further action was taken. We had to wait three quarters of an hour for the starter. The food was of good quality, but not exactly a bargain! The need to be gluten-free was adequately addressed. Friendly, but rather inexperienced (untrained) service.

Only when we asked were we offered a menu or the buffet. Obviously the larger groups that evening were more important than 2 people. What a pity

The menu offer deposited at Fork Reservation was not available. At present, up to 25.07.21 is only offered as the only expensive buffet for € 29. Quality is in itself good, but the main dishes were still very low at 18:30 p.m. The advertisement is bad in booking, the environment is good, the quality of the meal average, the departure of menu menus / the day card without alternative.
