Rhubarb is located at
3 Duxton Hill, Singapore 089589, Singapore. I had the most exquisite meal in Singapore. From the plating, each dish was presented like a work of art. The overall dining environment was very comfortable, the service was thoughtful, and the lighting was gentle and not glaring. When we left, the chef even came out to shake our hands, which was very warm.

A favorite Michelin one-star restaurant.
It is located on a quiet road in Outram Park. There are few pedestrians and the house number is obvious, so it is not easy to miss.
There is a glass on the ceiling, and the sunlight shines down like a roof attic.
Three dishes cost 48++ (18 years price), and this year the price has increased to 52++ as expected. There are two waiters, a manager and a girl.
The first dish was the complimentary crab cone, which was the length of a finger, and the crackling and umami flavor was so strong;
The complimentary French bread came with a pancake-shaped butter;
The second appetizer was Emulsion du marché, which was mackerel with mustard, salmon roe and orange. The mackerel was not fishy at all, and the meat of the mackerel with mustard was tender and smooth;
The third dish was the pigeon, which was now gone. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the lasagna chips were tasty and filling;
The last dessert was pineapple soup, coconut sorbet, passion fruit jelly, which was the favorite French food with various soups, sour and refreshing.
Although I rarely eat Western food at Michelin, I was quite satisfied with this meal. I will come again next time.

It's at Outram Park MRT station, close to Chinatown, and is also considered the Chinatown area. A local friend took me to a relatively good French restaurant. The environment and food are first-class in Singapore, and it is a high-end restaurant.

The food is great, especially the black truffle, which is the main attraction of the restaurant. Although black truffle is expensive, if you don't know how to match them together, it will waste the ingredients. However, you really shouldn't be too rude in a high-end restaurant. You shouldn't take pictures with your camera in a fuss. It's a pity that you do it in a sneaky way. My boyfriend couldn't stand it and rolled his eyes. The food is really good. You must try it.

We arrived at lunchtime, and there weren't many diners.
We looked at the menu and saw that there were set meals to choose from. We wanted to choose that, but after looking at the guide, we found that many people didn't recommend it, so we ordered other dishes separately!
The hamburger was quite special, I had never seen anything like it before, and the taste was okay, a little dry, and the meat inside was a little scattered.
There were only 3 shrimps in one serving, which was a bit disappointing! I wouldn't order it twice.

The Rhubarb in the name of the restaurant means "rhubarb", which is regarded as a kind of fruit that can be used for dessert in Western cuisine. Overall, this meal was not very amazing. Although the appetizer of fish roe cream charcoal cone was delicious, the slow-cooked salmon was tender and tasty, and the brownie cake crumbs with coffee mousse added taste, the medium-rare pigeon was very fishy, and the sauce with the veal steak was too heavy.
