I find it wrong to negatively condemn a place for just one bad dish, but it is equally important that they know what went wrong. Let's start with the positive facts: the service, the guys are all very kind and smiling, helpful and informal as an environment of this type requires. The pizzas are good and well-filled, the bill is pleasantly honest and in line with the products.
The negative side concerns a dish from the kitchen, a terrible carbonara bavetta. Cooked egg without flavor and not creamy at all. I understand that we are at the foot of the Dolomites and carbonara has little to do with it, but if you have it on the menu you have to do it well. I am sure that next time they will do it with more love and attention, after all we are talking about one of the most representative dishes of Italian cuisine and as such it MUST be done well.
