This is a high-end restaurant in the Sofitel Hotel. It is definitely one of the biggest highlights of my trip. Many of the chefs here have won the Australian "Chef Hat" award. Room 81 is called a paradise for foodies by Australians here. It combines traditional and innovative cooking techniques, and there are countless famous wines. More importantly, the chefs here are also a group of people with extremely high looks. Because we came to Australia, a world-famous red wine producing area and one of the important producing areas. We asked Sam Moore, the handsome chef of Room81, to recommend a local red wine. Under his recommendation, we chose this one - Rockbare McLaren Vale Shiraz 2012. Australia has many high-quality red wine brands. This red wine is also well-known among the many famous wines in Australia. Whether a wine is good or not is not just a matter of words, but by comparison. Under Sam Moore's recommendation, we opened another French red wine as a reference. In the end, we felt that although they have their own characteristics, we couldn't say which one is better. Both of these red wines became one of our choices in the future.
