Sambal Shrimp Restaurant & Bar Review

The gourmet restaurant in Seminyak, Bali, focuses on Indonesian-style barbecues and some authentic local cuisine. The restaurant is on Seminyak Main Street, with a bar on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. The decoration in the store is very Southeast Asian, and the antique door railings are exquisite. Sitting on the outdoor terrace, you can see the street view and sunset, and eating barbecue with a small breeze, which is very pleasant. The restaurant is very nice and simple. The service is good and the food is good. The waiter is professional and gives us lots of suggestions. There are a lot of seafood to choose from. There are shrimps, lobsters, fish and crabs. I ordered three dishes. The grilled shrimps are my favorite, spicy and delicious. The black pepper lobster is also good, but not spicy enough for me, remember to ask for some of the homemade hot sauce on the side, the taste is perfect! There are also traditional dance performances in the evening, and the atmosphere is good.

The sandwiches are pretty good. Although they are Western food, they have a nice fusion of Indonesian flavor. The grilled squid has a Thai feel, the Thai sweet and spicy sauce is delicious, and the squid is also very fresh.
