I visited the popular restaurant again after many years, and was a little disappointed. The store is still the same, it has not been renovated, and the staff is much younger. The taste of the noodles is not as good as before, and it no longer has the taste I remember. The braised lamb is tender, the meat quality is average, and there are large chunks of fat. The lamb soup in the red noodle soup still has some flavor, but it is not fresh enough. The pork liver is fried tender, but there is too much oil. The same is true for the green vegetables and mushrooms, there is too much oil. I may have to gain two pounds of weight for this meal today [laughing and crying]
