Christmas eve dinner abroad, we selected this place and it was a very pleasant experience. Lake wiew good food and service. Remarkable the 'parmesan soup'.

Food was good value for money, the view to die for and the service incredible. The waiter was so tentative to my son, it made the meal. I will be back.

We wanted to enjoy a leisurely dinner and knew in advance that the reserved time for the table was 1 hour 45 minutes. When we were shown to our table, we were reminded of this again. It was also stated in large letters on the table that this table would be reserved again from 7:45 p.m. The menus arrived very quickly, as did the drinks we ordered. The entire service was very hectic; we were practically rushed off. We felt very stressed and couldn't enjoy the meal, and we didn't feel like having dessert. We didn't even get asked about our request for coffee. Nobody was even interested in how satisfied we were with the food. It's a real shame; it's a very nice place and the prices are reasonable, but we didn't like this kind of service. We won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Meal with friends, an opportunity to visit Lucerne. I recommend it.
