ShanXi HuiGuan (TaiYuan ShengLi East Street) Review

A Shanxi restaurant with a domineering name and luxurious facade has no color, especially this aroma chicken really subverts my imagination. The chicken is rotten like mud. There is no texture and aroma at all. I thought if it was personal reasons, I couldn’t appreciate the way to cook chicken in Shanxi until I saw the partition.
