A Shanxi restaurant with a domineering name and a luxurious facade, but the dishes are not so outstanding. Especially the crispy chicken really subverted my imagination. The chicken was rotten like mud, without any texture and fragrance. I thought it was personal reasons that I couldn't appreciate the Shanxi way of cooking chicken, until I saw the table next to me pick up the whole chicken with two chopsticks and pack it up, which gave me some confidence. If it's not for the show, I think Taiyuan should have many better choices
