Shodoshima Ramen Hishio Shodoshima Angel Road Review

A small restaurant near the hotel where I stayed, clean and tidy, with affordable prices. There are seats facing the sea outside. The signature ramen, barbecued pork and dumplings are pretty good. The soy sauce soda unique to Shodoshima is very special.

The small fish dried before the meal is also a more distinctive side dish. The serving is slower. After all, it is made now. It is understandable that the chef will make it in front of the guests.
