The boss is very kind and the portions are very generous. I came to Lugu Lake to try the local flavors, and it was a coincidence that I chose this restaurant. The must-eats are fried bark, fried whitebait with eggs, and Mosuo bacon (also known as pork fat). Pork fat is made from pork marinated over the years (it really tastes better the longer it is marinated). It looks greasy, but it is really very fragrant when you put it in your mouth. But you still have to eat it with rice, otherwise it is really a bit greasy.
