The food was incredible, the service was faultless, the atmosphere was casual and warm. It was great to be so close to the chefs, to see the way the work with the amount of skill and precision. Despite how busy the service was, the chefs and owners still made time to talk to customers. There seemed to be no stress and they all worked so tightly to deliver the perfect experience. And who’d have thought that cucumber could be delicious is so many ways.
