The restaurant had a total of 4 types of ramen that day, salt, soy sauce and miso, and a vegetarian ramen. - Shio Ramen: The soup of the salt ramen I ordered was so fresh. The chicken soup was boiled with kelp, dried fish and other seafood, and seasoned with various salts and clam juice. It was really fresh! Especially after eating the heavier miso ramen, drinking this salty soup, there is still a sweet taste overflowing. The noodles are made by their own machine and are quite chewy. Although the barbecued pork doesn’t look fat, it tastes tender and not dry. The soy sauce egg is moderately sweet and salty and has a runny heart. This bowl of soup was drunk by two people. - Miso Ramen: The miso ramen I ordered tasted the taste of dandan noodles in one mouthful of the soup. The minced meat in the soup was a little burnt and hard, which slightly affected the taste. As far as personal preference is concerned, I generally prefer miso soup to salt soup, but this one is really the opposite, salt wins! Ah, it's really satisfying to have a hot soup in the winter! It was still early when we went there, so we only had to wait for 10 minutes. After we finished eating, we found that the line was getting longer. The price was 310dkk for two people, one bowl of ramen each. We paid directly after ordering, which saved us from having to wait for the waiter after eating.

Eating Japanese ramen is quite cheap, a bowl of noodles costs more than 100 yuan, which is cheaper than eating Western food. The main thing is that the noodles are hot and good for your stomach. The dumplings taste so-so, but the pork ramen tastes the best.

Hygge Ramen shop in the city, undoubtedly one of the best in the city. We started with the gyoza, then the soy sauce ramen and the vegetable ramen. The gyoza were juicy, loved the ramen and the soft boiled egg was super nice, the char sui was tender, and the soup had a good balance of orange skin. Every dish arrived, the chef will tell you what's in it and then explain to you how to eat it, but when we went there with 3 people and a loud music, to be honest I couldn't hear what he said, maybe I need to check my ears. Only one of my friends could hear his description.
I personally thought the soup was a little salty, but I think that's good with the locals, as I find the locals have a stronger, saltier taste than me. Lastly, the ramen shop didn't have tea, which was a little disappointing, but they said it would be fixed soon. Anyway, we will go back for sure and look forward to our next visit.

This place has a great concept and the people are dedicated to providing the quality of ramen as it is in Japan. And showcases the equipment and ingredients imported from Japan. As someone who has been to Japan many times and eaten ramen there, I would recommend this place to anyone interested in trying the dish, or just looking for a good place to eat ramen. And the prices are good too.

Went there with my friends as we had received so many good reviews and I can now say they were well deserved! Stylish, simple and easy location with key selection of entrees and ramen bowls. We basically tried the entire menu and nothing was out of place, everything felt great, surprisingly flavorful and pleasing to the eyes. Excellent!
