Songming No. 1 BBQ restaurant has a very honest owner. The restaurant has a transparent kitchen and the meat processing process can be clearly seen by diners outside. The meat here is definitely top-quality and tastes delicious.

The taste here is unbeatable, always the same, unique and delicious, no BBQ restaurant can surpass it. The environment is just so-so, it's OK in the summer, with tables set up outside on the curb, but in the winter the room is very small and very crowded, and you basically have to wait for a seat. Because the dishes are so delicious and there are so many people waiting, the service is hard to keep up. I recommend a few dishes, they are really delicious. Black pepper beef, white basil, fried tofu, fried pollack, salty cold noodles.

In the alley behind the Water Resources Department, the house is not big, mainly outdoors, with an old-fashioned clay oven and dark cuisine. Most of the customers are repeat customers. If you just look at the environment and service attitude, there is nothing to say, just because of the taste and the feeling of eating meat and drinking. Basically every month my wife asks me to take her to eat there, in one word: hot!
