SPAGO BEVERLY HILLS Review

We had a really wonderful meal at Spago. The food, drinks and service were excellent. Whenever we are in the Beverly Hills area, we go to Spago for that ''special'' dinner. This is a pricey meal, but well worth it!

Michelin two-star restaurant. Make reservations on the official website in advance. We booked a seat at 12 noon for a family of four (children aged 1 and 4). We were a little late, and there were not many people when we arrived. After ordering, the restaurant was full when the appetizers were served. A-5 Japanese Wagyu, I ordered the most expensive Japanese Wagyu steak in the restaurant (picture 1.picture 2). It was delicious without any black pepper sauce. It was soft and tender, with fat and lean, very delicious. Black Bass, my husband ordered a portion of black bass recommended by the waiter (picture 3.picture 4), which was completely eaten by my husband and he said it was the best fish he had ever eaten (he likes sweet taste, and the sauce is just a little sweet) Cheese Pizza, I ordered cheese pizza for the child, the pizza was average, not much different from the pizza in a better restaurant outside. The two appetizers, Sashimi salad and Agnolotti, conquered us as soon as they were served, especially the Italian meat dumplings, which were very delicious and wrapped in butter. I have never tasted it in other Western restaurants (I am not well-informed), so I must try it. The juice is no different from that in China, it is quite fresh and delicious.
