The combination of French and Vietnamese cuisine is very good. There are many such style restaurants in Saigon. The dishes inside have Vietnamese style, and there is no shortage of French cuisine. The taste is lighter than Vietnamese cuisine.

Square One has long been one of our favorite restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and it just got even better! We ate here six nights during our three week stay. Chef Ninh Le Trung Hau is amazing! Everything was delicious.

This restaurant is a fine dining restaurant serving Vietnamese and French cuisine. We chose the Vietnamese tasting platter for our starter and it was amazing. For the main course we ordered the salmon casserole with rice and crab soup which was also delicious.

The setting is lovely and what was on offer was more than enough to taste a bit of everything. Foie gras is a French delicacy and was cooked very well and paired perfectly with the wine
