Subliem Review

Excellent courgette soup followed by ribeye and duck. The first serving of duck was too tough but the chef immediately cooked a new serving which was perfect. 10/10 for service!

This place was a fantastic find! Amazing food and top service from all of the staff. I had the steak and it was perfection( but so was the rest of the meal). Couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone visiting Haarlem.

Surprising but delicious mix of quality components for the courses: creating a playful symphony of tastes in one's mouth. Great price to such food quality. Fast and attentive service. Would gladly visit the place on another occasion.

This was a great find. Limited menu which is sensible in a small restaurant but the food was delicious and a bit different. Service was excellent with the chef explaining each dish. Reasonably priced for a great eating experience.

The meal itself (for 7) was excellent. The price was rather high compared with other restaurants of high quality nearby, and while the service was friendly, efficient and good-humoured, less appreciated were that expensive wines and bottled water were rather pushed on us, without disclosing the price or waiting for us to consult the wine menu.
