SUMMER PAVILION Review

Wow, there are Chinese employees in the store, and they are super enthusiastic! I have never eaten it before, so I asked the store clerk, and he recommended a few to us. They are quite suitable for my taste. I quite like the taste haha!

I didn't expect dim sum to be so delicious, every dish was tasty and filling. Especially the fried turnip cake which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the shrimp siu mai which was full of shrimp, the fried bean curd skin and shrimp were fragrant, the glutinous rice chicken had shrimp chops to enhance the flavor, and the beef siu mai which was soft, tender and juicy.

As a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant that was just renovated last year, with even the waiter's uniforms and menu cover designs from famous families, the dim sum at Summer Garden in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is mostly priced at only five or six Singapore dollars, which is really affordable. Not to mention, many dim sum uses high-end ingredients and tastes very good, such as abalone siu mai, lobster and shrimp dumplings, which are dishes that you want to order again. The baby cabbages in the conch soup in the lunch set are carefully carved. In the a la carte menu, sesame oil lettuce burrata is highly recommended It hits the taste memory point of Jiangnan home-cooked cold dishes I didn't expect it to be so perfect with burrata.
