A Cantonese restaurant with a Michelin logo, I personally think it is more authentic and delicious. I think the environment and taste are better than Long Jingxuan, but there are much fewer people than Long Jingxuan. The price is actually similar, and there is a service charge. Xin Tong Le Shark's Fin Restaurant is located on the fourth floor of Miramar Shopping Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. Its signature dish is of course the Chicken Wings. The Chicken Wings are stewed over a traditional Chinese fire and contain large pieces of shark's fin. You can order them by the bowl or by the portion. The Chicken Wings for 4 to 6 people can get three or four bowls per person, which is very cost-effective.
