The food was really good. We had the 9-course surprise menu. The concept is really good. We weren't asked if we wanted to sit at the counter. The first courses were easy to eat but then came to a halt, so we had to ask why the gaps between the courses were so long. They apologized and pointed out that there was a lack of staff/understaffing. If we hadn't asked, it would have been full marks. A nice couple was seated next to us at a separate table. We were well entertained.

We were once again surprised by the new dishes, it was simply delicious and it puts us in a good mood to be able to experience such creative cuisine...

The very friendly waitress recommended the 5-course surprise tasting menu (you never know what you're going to get), and all the dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation.
