This is a set menu with 2 price options (24000 or 30000 yen + drinks). We were fascinated by the chef's skills. He perfectly presented the sashimi and sushi pieces, and also explained whether to add salt or soy, etc. I don't usually like sea urchin, but I like it now. There is a great sake selection. The restaurant is in high demand and it is recommended to make reservations in advance. We made a reservation for 8:30 pm on Saturday night at the counter (there are 2 seats), maximum 10-12 people.
